Not 100% sure it relieves pain, but it’s distracting and warming like a souped up tiger-balm. I use it to help with headaches (jaw joint and on forehead & neck) and to sleep at night.

Very impressed with results. I recently came down with painful sciatica which went down my left leg to my calf and ankle. I could barely sit down for more than 5 minutes. Within minutes of rubbing the cream in, the pain left, and I was able to sit down to watch a movie that evening.
